Ardendee Cottage is in a peaceful location in the hills above the pretty harbour town of Kirkcudbright. The cottage is in a courtyard setting, but remains self-contained and private, looking out over the gardens and fields of Ardendee, a magnificent mini-estate with beautiful grounds.

The front door opens into an entrance hall, which leads to the kitchen/diner, bathroom and living room, with the large bedroom adjacent.

THE SITTING ROOM

A double aspect room with large sash windows offering views of the gardens and fields.  The focal point is the log burning stove (free logs), to provide a cosy atmosphere after a day outdoors.  There is ample seating on sofas and chairs. For your entertainment there is a 49 inch smart television and a selection of books.

THE KITCHEN

A modern, well equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge-freezer ,dishwasher, and microwave.

THE BEDROOM

A lovely room with comfy king-size bed. Double glazed sash window providing views of Ardendee’s beautiful gardens. The room has a large wardrobe, dressing table/desk and bedside cabinets. Towels and bedding are provided.

THE BATHROOM

The bathroom is a wetroom, fitted with toilet, basin and Mira electric shower.
